Amplify
Created with Solomon Serry, Amplify is an interactive music app that let's the user Sign Up and Log In with their email address and search for ANY song based on Title, Artist or Album. The user has access to a fully integrated media player and album coverflow while browsing.
RoboTrivia
In interactive trivia app that lets the user generate a unique avatar, pick a genre and difficulty then proceed with a 10 question round of trivia. The user can submit their highscore which is then stored in firebase along with previous high scores. Created in a team with Ashley Thadickal, Linda Shen and Chris Yun.
Pokedex
A fun, responsive app utilizing fetch requests from an API to populate a dropdown list of types of Pokemon to the user and returns information based on their input. Created with Abdul Abdi at Juno College.

About Me
Hello, my name is Imtiaz Rashid and welcome to my website. I consider myself to be an an industrious software developer, visual storyteller and entrepreneur with a passion for people and tech. With 5+ years of technical and creative experience, I am known for seamlessly building strong relationships- from behind the scene developers to front facing customers, I am the person connecting different stakeholders on projects. Outside of work, travel is a passion of mine! I use every trip as an opportunity to explore new people and cultures, and trying new cuisines and restaurants along the way. Some highlights include watching the FIFA World Cup in Brazil, seeing the Himalayas in Nepal and the sunrise at the Bosporus in Turkey. I take pride in being able to connect with people from all walks of life and strongly believe in and actively support in making education accessible to everyone.
